Don't make the mistake of thinking that personal change is selling out. I don't know how old you are, I have not looked at your profile.

The one thing I can promise you is that you will have different thoughts and a different self view in 10 or 20 years. It doesn't matter how much you like your self now. Life changes us all.

Only an asshole ignores that.

Sometimes change happens slowly, sometimes it  hits like a bolt of lightening. There is danger in clinging to cloesly to things that don't serve us.

We all hope for this wisdom to see that which helps us and that which hurts us.

Status: offline 		It's not as if I'm rude in my approach though. I'm very courteous. I make a conscious effort for that. I just don't easily kiss ass. It urks me that I've seen people who do. I can't stand a suck-up.

Very well put. And yes, it is a slow evolution.

Thank goodness I'm not the same person I was 30 years ago.... as I was 7. But I was a little dommie then too! ;-)
