I saw mention of blindfolds vs. none, but what about just ordering to keep their eyes closed? ;) That one can be real fun in the self restraint and anticipation factor.
Otherwise I have a problem picking what evil thing to do first! If bound and sightless should I ghost around and attack from behind? From the side? Under? Decisions decisions.
While not that hardcore, anticipation noises/shaking vs. pleasure noises/shaking are tied for me. We'll see what happens do this tie when I someday experience the realm of the pain variation :)
