I used to dj a couple times a week on a pirate internet radio station. I still do every now and then. My screen name is a play on the name of oft beleaguered radio personality Don Imus with a little fetish twist thrown in. I cannot recall exactly if I am the one who coined this screen name or if it was my submissive.

We're a couple. we live in FL, and using the year the profile was made gave us a combination that wasn't taken. Just a plain boring name in other words.

When my last relationship ended, I knew I had to take myself back and reinvent myself. It was time to reflect on past relationships gone badly, my choices and accountability, and what I wanted for myself. It was time for a "New Life." I wanted something Spanish, to tie me to my heritage. In Spain the phrase would be Vida Nueva, but I'm a little backwards sometimes, and I liked the sound of NuevaVida better.

Aylee is the name of a character from a web comic. It is the first two syllables of alien (which the character is). Kiki (a hyperactive ferret) was taken. www.sluggy.com It is nifty!

Mine should be read as an atypical_sub. I didn't initialy realize that people could take it as being the opposite by putting in an extra space. I wanted something descriptive. I wanted people to know they shouldn't make assumptions about me. If you take the time to get to know me I'm sure you will find that whatever you expect of a normal submissive or a normal male, less than half of it will apply to me. I've also discovered some extra humor value in this because most Doms just assume that anyone who is submissive must be female.

Mine came off a liscense plate, how sad is that? I was disconcerted when I saw the name of some penis extender called Extenze. ew. I had another on line nick for a long time. I walked away from it, and from some of the baggage that went with it. It was catharsis, and a rather nice one, too.

Well, of course I am Miss Mary Sunshine, spreading joy and love everywhere I go.... Actually it is what people have called me for years. People in different jobs independently called me "sunshine" because I was always singing and laughing at work, making other people laugh and smile. "You're just a ray of sunshine" they'd say. (I am not kidding.) So, when I came here, I went through a short period with a stoopid name and then wanted to connect back with my joy. It seemed right. Funny, even when I was using my stoopid name, people would call me "sunshine". And there are a bunch of "sunshine" women on line, so I just threw "miss" on because I was teaching at the time and my student's called me Miss insert first name. Seemed right. And can I say, I have been mistaken for a domme a bazilion times because of the "Miss" part. Ahhh the suffering we manage to live through. forsooth.
