Damn. I hope they get inundated by so many things like this that they say "Fuck all y'all. No one is getting their P.S.A.'s on." The superbowl is just as much about the awesome commercials as it is about the game. I don't want to see dating site ads, anti abortion ads, or political ads of any kind. I want to see clydesdales, dancing beer cans, coke and pepsi pulling out something new and awesome, hell... I'll even deal with the scantily clad women (although guys would work better for me, I'm not stupid, I know what their largest market is). It's supposed to be a night of entertainment, not politics and all that shit. Save that for the other 364 days of the year. EDIT: To add: quote:
ORIGINAL: Level quote:
When the site followed up on the status of the ad on Friday, January 22nd, they were told by CBS that “the spot hadn’t been officially approved yet" by network standards, and that "all the Super Bowl spots were sold out.” However, a representative from the network told Pop Tarts that advertising spots were still open, and was unsure where that comment originated. Maybe they can combine the two, ManCrunch and Pop Tarts? Breakfast of champions, baby... You know it!
