See, I have resisted commenting on this topic, only because any attempt at arguing with conspiracy adherents is like arguing about the divinity of Jesus with a divinity student.
The positions are so hardened by faith, that any evidence contrary to their position is discarded, but the most slender wisps of evidence to bolster their claim is siezed upon and held on through thick and thin.
I could point to the NIST Report that debunks these things, or the Popular Mechanics report debunking the conspiracy myths, but usually that just adds fuel to the fire.
Part of the reason for this is that nothing can ever be proven with geometric finality. There will always be some tiny shred, some wisp of unexplained data that the theory cannot explain; the theory of evolution, the theory of gravitation, every theory of physics is just that, a theory that we use until a better one comes along.
For people who want to claim that controlled demolition brought down the tower, or that the White Hose was somehow directing it, it isn't enough to point to strange flashes of light or unusual colors of smoke; you need to put together some theory that explains how and when all these explosives were surreptitiously brought into the building and hidden without anyone's knowledge, and;
what happened to all the people on the aircraft, and;
how the Bush White House somehow perfected a code of silence among people who are proven, time and again, to be the most incompetent group of butt-fucking idiots ever to grace the halls of power.
Part of the allure of conspiracy theories is the air of triumphant democracy of ideas- as in "I am a bus driver, but my theory of thermochemical reactions of oxidation of non-ferrous metal in a dense environment of superheated gas and plasma is every bit as good as those fancy pants engineers who have been studying this subject for 30 years!"
Well guess what? It isn't. Science and technology is not a democracy, and your opinion is not equal to anyone elses.
Experts are called experts because, well they are. Its amazing to see people who can't spell thermomechanical suddenly begin speaking in tongues of structural and chemical engineering, like religious fanatics who suddenly start speaking in ancient Aramaic.
But you know, if you can put together a convincing explaination for how about athousand people conspired to blow up buildings using aircraft that don't exist, and make hundreds of passenger magically disappear, well...then we can talk.
you deserve an academy award for that one!

oh and btw, the guberment is claiming the conspiracy and anyone that agrees with them not I my friend.
Its their conspiracy theory and I do not have to show one damn thing of how they did it or could have accomplished it.
just show the evidence does not match the claim and that is seen through out this whole bullshit story of theirs.
so dont bother asking me how they did it because I dont give a damn and neither would a court.
fact is the evidence does not match the claim. if the evidence does not match the claim their conspiracy theory is bullshit.
