Another 6-12 inches expected here.  People are at the store acting like it's gonna be 3 feet again.  Sheesh!!!  I just needed odds and ends myself.  [:)]

We had to leave on Saturday due to the lack of power, heat, water (well runs on an electric pump) and just got back an hour ago.

The freakin toilet is frozen [8|]

It is snowing again and there is a real danger the trees that did not collapse yet are going to be tipping over shortly.

This storm is called Snowmageddon.

My area is supposed to receive a "state of emergency" tomorrow.  So says a guy who was sitting next to me at Starbucks who says he knows things about the plans of PennDot.  I love gossip from Starbucks.

There are cars that still have not been dug out from the Friday blizzard.  Schools and university closed around here for tomorrow.

I am sorry for you're suffering Holly.
I feel for those that have lost electricity, and endured hardship due to the snow.

Most if not all of our local schools are closed for the rest of the week!
My school district is closed for the rest of the week, and Monday is a holiday.
There is a much higher authority in the world than man.

11 days off, I hope this won't cut into our Spring Break next month.

Yep, got the day off from my full-time job.  Waiting to see what happens later with the part-time job, hopefully will not have to go in tonight.  Lots of wind and white-out conditions here.

You Southerners don't have plows and salt trucks, at least not enough to cope with this. We haven't had a countywide closing since right before my son was born and he'll be 17 next month. Up here people have snowblowers and plows at home.

I never got a new snowblower this year. But my plow guy will make it up the quarter mile driveway after it ends and I have 3 teens in the house who will shovel for food!

I could not stay warm- yesterday- went to the neighbors.   that was kinda nice.  I was out shovelling abit- currently it is not too hard to shovel.   I am 90 miles west of New Jersey- 1 hour north of hb.    so far no wind.
