I don't have an Aneros Prostate Massager. So far, I've done this with lubricated, gloved hands. It's fun to feel the prostate.

Ironically this just popped up in the left column. It should be about the size of a walnut and slightly firm. If enlarged, boggy, hard, or it has a nodules, time to get further testing. Just a useful health tip...they didn't teach us prostate massage / milking in grad school.

I've always used hands, and I do like to use gloves. I would like to find a toy to assist me in finding the elusive prostate every time though, one can wish.

Milking releases fluid buildup in the prostate, which can happen from long periods of excitement without release. That releases a lot of the feeling of internal tension and makes urinating easier (when the prostate is swelled from excess fluid, it pinches the urethra)

It also feels really good, and some guys can get full body orgasms from it that last a long time. Sadly I don't seem to be one of them. I've also heard that if you remove enough of the fluid through massage that sexual desire is still there, but that orgasm becomes extremely difficult to achieve.

It is really healthy for the prostate.
Done during sex it can provide better orgasms.
During chastity, it can releive the physical pressure without curbing desire.
Feels great. 
A friend says he enjoys it because it makes him feel like the object that he is.
I am sure there are many more reasons.

Ah, so the squeeze is worth the juice.

So to speak. This is like upkeep/maintenance with the added benefit of stamina during intercourse.

In my opinion, the finger is much more interesting and fun than a sterile, hard "thingy". ;-)
(And safer too; that little mound of tissue is ultra delicate!)

Very good point! It is essential when keeping a male in chastity to relieve the pressure in the prostrate. If I don't wish him to enjoy the milking I've found that packing his genitals in ice during the process works quite well.

I enjoy it because it allows me to take his release without his control. Prostate massaging makes the man involuntarily ejaculate without the usual associated orgasm. Idea: control taken, no pleasure given. Seems appealing to me.
