we even got em out here in the big wide desert, all thou are are a hell of alot cheaper


$944.00 a month.... for a 178 sq ft, that's the wow lol



then again that's new york for you, every inch has value lol

Speaking as someone who lives in a 3 room 400sq ft. cottage (just under actually, after a discussion with the landlord), I can tell you that cluttering up your space...no matter how "artfully" done is still just clutter.  That being said...I like his eclectic choices in color and furniture.

As for the rent....it's all relative to location.

Status: offline 		ANYWAY,,,,,,,  my Mom is probably going to be refinishing her basement so that she can avoid the stairs (arthritis, steel hip, etc).  I thought that what he's done is brilliant for limited space.
