To be fair, I am coming. It might be hard to decide if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Particularly if ya'll meet me in the hotel lobby after the six hour car drive while I'm decompressing from being in the car by myself.

I'm told it's a sight to see. At a distence.

I know that car drive all too well Aquatic.  I did it once roundtrip in the middle of a hurricane, so I know how rough it can be.  It could only be made more irritating by having bouncing saplings in the back seat wanting to know if we are there yet, despite it taking almost ten hours to get there to pick them up in the first place and traffic on I 95 moving at about 25 mph and that feeling like you were flying.  It was enough to make one's hair fall out.  Long story short, I can empathetically decompress with you.  [:)]

I think I'd rather have the saplings in the back than make the drive by myself. If there are other people in the car than there is at least something beyond the radio and my inner child going "Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Hey since we aren't there, you should totally stop and get the family size bag of Doritos to munch on while driving!". [>:]

And here I love my drives of about half that length to just crank up the music, sing along like a total idiot, and speed...totally innocently mind you [;)]... and plenty of yummies in the car for ride.  Must be a mom thing. [&:]  Of course, sometimes, I call and harrass Red or some other poor soul on the way.  Yeah, everyone hates that I do it for safety reasons, but it sure is fun!  [:D]

I do the same thing! Valyraen gave me his old bluetooth, I just haven't played around with it to know how it works yet. I'll have to do that before the drive up so I can pester folks on the drive up and down. Going "so where are you? I'm at some mile marker OMG you should see this car, hey do you think we can talk Red into pudding wrestling in the hotel room? I wonder whose room will be next to mine. Or if I'll find a dead hooker under my bed."

Yes, my mind is a cute but scary place. Particularly when I'm bored...

OMG you bring yours and I'll bring mine!!! I bought bunch for a party once and I don't think that stuff ever goes bad. Ooo we can break out some sharpies for temporary tattoos too!!!

I LOVE that man. For me, he's like having a big brother that will kick my bum if I'm ever being an idiot, and he would destroy anyone who ever hurt me. Please give him a big (platonic) hug from me!
