[>:] i agree, variety is a good thing. Though it would depend on which breed of cows, i think, the colors i usually associate with them are white and brown, so maybe they could come up with a white chocolate and milk chocolate version of that. Olympia at the Olympics. [:)]

Seriously? Boooo. I'm sorry to tempt you. Keep an eye on it though, my sister is a chocolate freak and we have also sent several corporate gifts to cleints who rave rave rave about it. I told you they were popular[:)]. I am thinking because they are a small Maine owned artisinal company that it might be worth the wait.

Yeah, since I was born in Maine, and we're always on the lookout for GREAT chocolate (not the fancy weird flavours with pepper and stuff...although I know they have it there), I thought we'd check it out. Maybe I'll wait 'til frogs on a log come out (whatever that is...it's seasonal...) lol
