ok, first our profile is quite descriptive and we still only get about a 2 or 3 percent reply rate. and from many who in their own profile state the lack of real people or gamers on the site. now, to my main rant, whats with all these people clogging up the site with profiles that say "Im not looking for anything" or "My master is so great......" if you arent looking for anything then at least go invisable, and I personally really dont care how great your master is and for those of us who are still seeking these people only make the job harder than it need be.

As with any other profile you read.. if you do not like it.. skip it. No reason anyone should have to do anything other thn what they want.. to please anyone.. other than themselves and or owners..... you may not care how wonderful someones Master is.. but they sure as hell do and want to scream it out to the world. You don't want to see it.. skip the profile. And as will all rants.... shit happens.. get over it.. rant.. rave.. and don't worry when it's all said and done. No ones clogging up the site any more than you are. It's just another case of not being happy because you have to work a little harder to get what you want. Nothing is easy in life other than breathing... and for some that's not even easy... so be happy and continue the search... hell that's part of the fun anyways. Everynes so eager to jump profiles because 1 little thing just happens to not be their thing.... big deal.. there are others out there... maybe there not even on collarme, maybe they've not discovered this site yet. IT TAKES TIME.... Oh yeah... I need more meds... i'm done ... before I start repeating myself.

I can appreciate your frustration, however, remember people come to CM for a variety of reasons that extend beyond a match---chats, emails, friends and the boards---at least they are up front--keep searching, its a good site and my you find what you seek.

I completely understand what you are saying. Seriously, what in the hell are these people thinking?!?!?!? Here you are on this kinky meat market dating hook up site and all these people seem to want to do is show off how they have what you want! How dare they flaunt their happiness in your face like that!!! There's limited bandwith here that you are paying good money for and they are just wasting it!!! Not to mention the amount of your valuable time that's being wasted having to read profile after profile of happy blissful people living a life that you only dream of. Cry me a river. Another whiny post, Why doesn't anybody write me back, waaa waaaa waaa (just a note, the submissive types don't usually find whiny an attractive trait) So the people you want to go invisible are clogging up the system and keeping the people you email from writing you back, interesting logic. How about the people who don't write you back just aren't interested? As you stated your profile is very descriptive so they know what they are not responding to. Try this one on for size, this is a community for like minded poeple of the BDSM flavor, and while people do meet here (this is where I found my little one) it is not, lets repeat for the dense, it is not a "dating" site. So in other words, all of the people you want to go invisible have as much right to be here as you do. What amazes me is that we're all swimming in the same ocean here, we've all got the same frogs and princes and swans and ugly ducklings and more frogs, we're all bumping into eachother in the same place- and yet some of us manage to find great people and relationships and some of us manage to find only crappy dorks. Sure timing and location can help- but that doesn't explain all of it. Plenty of doms, couples, subs, switches, etc somehow manage to find great relationships in the same pool that you somehow find so murky.

I dont mind reading profiles of others success and in fact use them as examples of success. I believe that success begets success in the kinkosphere and especially here. Also, it seems here that the profiles I see proclaiming their match are the ones that last or at least have among the best chances for success and personally, Iam happy for them.

I was going to reply to this with a rather lengthy epistle explaining why the issue rests with the OP's attitude, not the rest of us. Instead, I'll keep it simple. We aren't here to entertain you, be courted by you, or invited to join your world. We are here at CM because this is a community of like minded souls, not a meat market for the desperately seeking. Though I will grant there are plenty of the desperately seeking, to be sure. Coming here and whining about having to wade through so many not-looking or already owned profiles is kind of like going to your local supermarket and then bitching because other people already have full shopping carts while you're still trying to figure out what the hell to fix for supper. You'll figure it out, trust me. If you check your attitude at the door, you'll make friends, maybe make connections, maybe even score. Well i for one have a WONDERFUL Master and truesub is right....im going to scream it to the world. i have put my time in searching for Him too. i answer to no one except Him. Being this is your FIRST post...let me say: Welcome to CM. There have been many before you that have said exactly the same thing, there will be many more to come i am sure. I am also sure in time you will get the rude e-mails from people wanting to own you or serve you right this moment...i am sure you will need to talk about those too. Some people do come here to just chat with another...some just come here to post on the forums....some come here to seek another.
