Good Day to all. I have been on and off CM for a few years and I have one general question. Am I the ONLY person who believes that True Affectionate Passionate Romance can be well entwined within this lifestyle? This life style is FAR more then about pounding rough face slapping disrespectful sex and/or fucking....I am a Strong Intelligent TRUE Dom Gentleman but also possess a Very Old fashion Hopeless Romantic nature....So any Submissive Women out there anywhere seeking that or am I chasing a dream.

Yes, some submissives believe that romance accompanies this lifestyle. However, it is not for you to call the rough face slapping sex and fucking that we like "disrespectful". Some of us feel respected getting this since that is what we sign up for as part of our relationships, along with the affection, romance, passion, etc. You can have a combination of the all of the above, should you be lucky enough to find it. But your ONE TRUE WAY thing is not going to be popular here.

When HM and I first decided to be together, He told me we would have something special and a bit unusual. I would not only be His slave, but also His girlfriend. We've been together four years now. With the daily influx of new forumites who post the same variation on the theme of real, not real, fake, true this, true that, it is not an acronym as much as a cry of frustration and rejection. Better to rail at the world than to look and see what they might be doing wrong or heaven forbid, being patient.

OP I'm not going to feed into the obvious 'lose-lose' battle of the posters before me. What I will tell you is in your future posts, should you chose to stay around and make any more, you might want to think more carefully and chose your words better. I get what you are asking. I think the real question you are asking is "Is it possible to have both D/s or M/s and romance" and the answer to that question is a very simple yes. I would caution you to stick around and spend some time reading the boards to get a feel for where to post, how to post, who's feedback to buy into ..... those types of things. Kali

Now I did say that his question was a bit...possibly...(looks around for cm police) disingenuous...but it was!

~Fast Reply~ OP, there are, indeed, many, many, many people who truly love their owners/pets/masters/slaves/doms/subs/etcs on this board. And I think that you will very much be able to find what you are looking for, though it will probably take some time. I do suggest that you avoid using the words "real" and "true" in the future though.
