Brain, nothing you say from this point forward will I credit with being even remotely truthful since you are determined to manufacture lies in order to support your position. You can hate guns. Rule is right, it's a shame that crazy people can get guns easily.
I love guns. I have several. Have been hunting since I was a child. I must live on the gun mitratory route. I just leave some gun oil and saltpeter out on the porch and they tend to just flock to my doorstep.
But in my perfect world there would be a background check for all gun sales and all states would require firearm safety classes in order to obtain a permit. Most states only require firearm safety classes to obtain a conceal permit.
The problem doesn't seem to be the guns it seems to be too many cracks to fall through in our legal justice system as well as our mental health system. We need to do a better job at identifying and treating mental illness.
