Lets look through list again:

YOU GET ...

1 - A job.   Note, we don't give them one, that is in fact illegal. But they get one on their own. So as far as I can tell, you are complaining that they earn something that you are too lazy, stupid, or greedy to earn for your self.

2 - A DRIVERS LICENSE, Again, this is something that is illegal for them to get in most states.   And most of them do NOT get one.   Nice lie you just told.
3 - SOCIAL SECURITY CARD,   Again, this is something that is illegal for them to get, in all states And most of them do NOT get one.   Nice lie you just told.
4 - WELFARE,   Here you have a tiny bit of truth. All illegal Children are entitled to Welfare. But for adults, again, this is something that is illegal for them to get, in all states And most of them do NOT get this. So basically you are complaining that we don't let children die just because their parents broke the law.
5 - FOOD STAMPS,   Here you have a tiny bit of truth. All illegal Children are entitled to foodstamps. Most of them die (with the exception of people with kidney failure where dialysis counts as emergency treatment) Claiming they get health care is a sick joke on your part.
10 - A LOBBYIST IN WASHINGTON No, they don't. But actual American citizens do. Here you are objecting to the political views of other American citizens and lying about their American citizenship
11 - BILLIONS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS PRINTED IN YOUR LANGUAGE   Again a total lie. You don't know how much money is spent and this country does not spend it for illegal aliens, (lots of Americans don't speak English and lots of legal visitors don't speak English. We don't spend significantly more money than the Chinese do.
12 - AND THE RIGHT TO CARRY YOUR COUNTRY’S FLAG WHILE YOU PROTEST THAT YOU DON’T GET ENOUGH RESPECT As for number 12, you have not given them respect, and the idea that the right to carry your country's flag sounds like something we should give to everyone, mass murders.   But you apparently are such a fascist pig who wants total control over every aspect of everyone's life that you won't let them carry a piece of cloth and beg for respect.

So, as far as I can tell, you are a lazy, stupid, greedy, lying asshole, that wants children to freeze and starve, adults with broken bones to die in the street, and demands the authority to tell other people what political views they can have, and arrest them for holding the wrong piece of cloth.

Oh, and you think all of this counts as 'humor'. Well, it's certainly not truth.

Want to doubt it belongs in humour, then bemoan someone else looking at the serious angle ? Talk about wanting yer cake and eating it ?

Back to the humour (since I have slightly more than a passing interest in US border controls/immigration regs and guarantee that unless it's affecting you personally ... is undoubtedly humour)

I noted the observation that a lot of Americans don't speak English ... I'd say nearly all myself, but nevertheless, appreciate the comment coz I'm learning US American English ... which is a fuck of a struggle in a country where no one teaches the predominant language to English speakers

So ... by the sounds of it ... Greedy and I are made if she drops me in the gulf by boat and I swim ashore then guys ?

We work a little differently here in Great Britain.....

We'll let in the French, Germans, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Polish, Russians, Iranians, Iraqis, Saudis, Indians, Pakistanis, and everyone else... then we lose the ones that come across illegally.

The only people we don't seem to allow in are decent people who genuinely love each other.
The sort of people who moves both the date and location of their wedding solely to accommodate friends who they've never even met and talk about it as though everyone would do it, no complaining, no whinging, just change the whole wedding. We're talking about salt of the Earth people. Then, and only then do we make a song and dance, fuck about and be complete and total pricks about the immigration process.

JB, I got your email and will repond, but I'll think it out first etc. But here in the forum you say I want to eat my cake and have it too ? I don't see that I implied that. If I did, well then I would like to know how. It was not my intent.

And I'll put this out here because I want not only you, but everyone to know me. I am very different than most people. I can and do juggle humor about with facts of life. The way we are is like this, at a funeral we might say "And those cheapo, El Cheapo in fact or the Castro's castoffs, cigars he smoked was the reason why he didn;t have a problem with vermin, they couldn't stand it" "Yeah, that's why the EPA wouldn't let us burn him and urn him". And thei was my Grandfather who I adored and admired, moreso than my own Father. we are like that. We literally joke about death, real death. we literally lived for one another, like "Oh shit I might die, my Mom will really be FUBARed so I can't right now.....". That is family and where I come from they are number two. Number one has to come first of course, then there is two. Everybody else is three.

If that is racist, bigoted or racist then I am and shall continue to be damnned for what I am. I would rather be hated for what I am than loved for an image. I am not an image.

I never called you out for being racist, either here, or anywhere else for that matter. If I were to, it would be no problem to me to deal with it publicly.

I never used or have used the word hate in reference to you, nor would I ever. (anyone knows me will tell you that too)

Maybe I mistook you a bit as well. What I've been seeing these days is that those who support tightening of our borders are being called racist, while the two are different issues. Like those who seem to me to be hypersensitive about anything racial, maybe I err on the other side of the spectrum.

But know this - I am fully aware that this is a country of immigrants. But there is a right way and a wrong way. These days it seems that when the subject of illegal immigrants comes up people automatically think Mexicans. Is this racist or reality ? Because Mexico is right there on the border, let's just say that Austrailians generall are not sneaking in on foot. However I do know a couple of Mexican immigrants. One took my job. Really ! It's not a problem because I was ready to leave anyway as it was simply too far away, but he is legal and I know this for a fact, because if not I know that company would not hire him. Another is a truck driver and has to be legal to keep his job. You should hear this guy talk about "wetbacks", is he racist against his own race ?

If you look back, my first post on this thread was simply that maybe this doesn't belong in humor, someone else escalated it it. I do know of some real travesties of justice that have occured pertaining to this. While I have no problem with drug dealers, this one was. He was shot by a border control agent. The officer was jailed for the shooting and the dealer was paid for his testimony against the officer. They gave the guy close to diplomatic immunity and bought him a nice estate. However this is the fault of the government, if I were the dealer I would jump on that deal just as quickly. IIRC Bush finally gave the officer a pardon upon his exodus from office, but I am not sure. I know several groups were seeking that.

Is fascism the same thing as a firm stance on nationality, differing only in magnitude but not scope ? That remains to be proven one way or another. None of this addresses exactly why our representatives cowtow to illegal immigrants in some cases. Not in every case, but if you think politician you know they are after two things - votes and money. They blur the razor sharp lines between citizenship and other, and politicians still only have two goals as described above. In many cases the ire invoked in people is really against the government, not any specific race or people from a certain country.

At least that's the way I see it. And I didn't start it, I don't think I did. Maybe I did. Whatever. I'll be back later, time to get my ass to work.
