I have heard and seen part of various kidnapping scenes. I have heard of some elaborate ones done at BDSM conventions, dungeons, or camp-outs. These are often known in the spirit of play.

We had a guest speaker present at a group I used to co-chair (I missed the talk due to travel) who presented about kidnapping and interrogation. The type of scene he described sought to make it as real as possible where the person kidnapped at times begins to wonder whether what is occurring is play or real. This type of kidnapping and interrogation play falls in the realm of mindfucks.

I agree with others that the scenario described in the OP (someone who has not met them travels across states to come kidnap them and take them into slavery) seems far-fetched and too immersed in fantasy.
