Status: offline 		I have received several requests to "kidnap" sissy boys and sub girls.  I always deny such requests as kidnapping is a federal crime and I worry about the mental stability of anyone making such a request. 

Do you consider this a legitimate fetish request?  Is it an indication of mental problems?  Would you comply with such a request? 

I hope we have a lively discussion from Tops and bottoms.

Status: offline 		Kidnapping fantasies are actually amazingly common. As are "rape" and "force" fantasies. It can be a little on the risky side, depending on how the "kidnapping" is handled and carried out, but a lot of the time, when a sub/bottom says they want to be kidnapped, what they really mean is they want to play out a kidnapping scenario with you. They want you to grab them and "force" them into restraints, or they want you to somehow coerce them into complying. It's role-play, essentially, and it's done between fully aware, consenting adults.

Wanting to be "kidnapped" in this way is certainly not a sign of any kind of mental problem. A lot of people, myself included, have kidnapping and abduction fantasies.

Status: offline 		I'm not big on doing things that people "request" ... maybe you're a pro?  If so.. I understand the requests...

as to kidnapping... I've done take downs and terrorize... but I haven't nabbed anyone off the street -- taken them from leather events, or at the dungeon once we got there... I think the nabbing off the street could get you into trouble...

Ditto... I don't do request... I do things I like to do... kidnapping isn't one of My kinks...so , I would say NO to the scenario.

Status: offline 		I would at the very least make sure there is a written contract and that you have seen the persons Id,might even file it with county, you can do that you know any paper can be filed,I would just try to keep as much legal trouble away from me as possible.

Wow. Yeah, I wouldn't touch that either.  But "kidnapping" someone you know well can be fun.

Seriously, this subject came up a while ago.  I can't remember the OP's name, otherwise I'd link to it.  The gist of it, as I recall, was that a Domme (having been approached by the sub's friends, I think) wanted to effect a kidnapping, then a kind of interrogation scene.  The sub in question was a military man and trained in unarmed combat - a brute-force 'assault' didn't seem like a good idea.  I think the conclusion was either some kind of mickey finn or a honey trap.  The only trouble was, I thought, that the sub - being military - might well assume that he'd been kidnapped by terrorists.  That would have been very much playing with fire.

Well, one thing's for sure: whether or not one is actually kidnapped - to suddenly find oneself immobilised (handcuffs, whatever)_is an enormous turn-on.  I would imagine.  For many subs.

Wow. Yeah, that was a potential disaster. Then again, kidnapping anyone without them even being alerted or expressing the desire would be completely unconsensual and dangerous.

OK.  Now that I got that part out of the way.....

As was said, kidnapping scenes and such are very common fantasies.  It adds a bit of role play to any 'forced' scenario where the bottom wants to feel that they are completely out of control.  For the safety (and freedom) or the top, there is no way I would consider doing this with someone that I don't know.  I would have to be well assured that there would be no legal issues from it.  That includes things like taking down the bottom on the street in full public view. 

There are some ways to do it where you don't have that issue.  Madame4a already mentioned doing this within the confines of a club or at an event.  (Always inform the DMs of your plans prior to the start of the scene.)  The other way to be creative about it is to do this in some form at home.  Extend the role play to include the bottom as a pizza delivery boy or door to door salesman.  Invite them in and take them down once the door is closed.

Yes, making the arrangements ahead of time takes away some of the surprise element, but does take some of the risk out of it for the top.

You may or may not know this, LA, but men are supposed to take two sugars, or none, whereas women are supposed to take one sugar, or none.  Since I'm a bit of a nancy boy, I take one sugar.

It all seems such a fine line.  As LP says, some warning in advance is necessary.  At the same time, too much warning could ruin it.  I guess the 'victim' has to be at least a bit surprised and feel as though he's been at least a bit 'forced'.  Still, I reckon it could be done.
