You are the winner. One hint was the sentence "We are technically in the same state" As both are liquids because they both flow.

I tried a few things to throw you all off the track. I put those bunch of letters and numbers at the bottom to give some of you a trail to follow. I even put a few words into it to give you something to try to decipher. But it also had the answers inside of it. (In plain sight is the best place to hide something) So you know I didn't change them up. A few of you got one of them but not the other.
