If only you would have settled on two. Yours would have been before his.

I didn't settle on two, because there are more than two possible answers. Also, you didn't say that each riddle had to have only one answer, to win.

Thanks for the fun riddles! [:D]

You're welcome.

1. Water
2. Time

Both flow

You are correct. But you were beat out by about 21 minutes.

Before igor put his answer up, I had decided on water and time.  I was off researching the cryptogram for verification....  I knew that outside the CIA is a panel upon which is a cryptogram that (last time I heard) had not been solved.  Well, now, 3 out of the 4 displayed have been solved.

So, thanks for the riddle.  NOT the first time I've held back an answer that was correct while I've played around in my head. LOL!

1. I can take a man's life or save it. Being that I am one with him.  What am I?

A pair of tits.

2. No man once inside me ever escapes me. I am friend to some, enemy to others. What am I?

A pair of tits again.

Do I win a pair of tits?

Water and the Grave.

Some people welcome death, some people fear it.

People sometimes welcome enemies. And without fear too. Doesn't make you buddies.

"2. No man once inside me ever escapes me. I am friend to some, enemy to others. What am I?"

Once inside the grave, there is no escape.
Some see death as a friend, granting them peace from a painful life or reuniting them with loved ones.
Some see death as an enemy to be fought and overcome.

I don't see how time is a friend to anyone, though I can see how 'running out of time' might be seen as an enemy. While we begin experiencing time at some point after conception, we do indeed "escape" it when we die.

~shrug~

YMMV
