Heh. Ok. He buys five tiny combination locks and sends them to you. You set each combination, and etch an ID number into each lock, so you know which combo goes with which lock. You then send him back the locks. He locks himself with lock #1 say. Once he is done with four of the locks, he sends them back to you, and you reset the combos. If you unlock him once a week, you've got a month of fun right there. If you like the sealed-envelope-safety thing, you could put the combos in a sealed security envelope, so he could break the seal and get out of the device if he had to.
