Me too!!! Cuz mine is in April!

Oh and you know what else spring brings? All those cute baby animals and and....the windows can be opened again and the song birds come back and I can lay in bed and listen to the frogs in the pond and...........oh I love spring.

You know it's bad when you get 6 or 7 b'day cards and they are duplicate copies, obviously all made by the same mfg., and they all say, "May you have the Luck of the Irish on your St. Patrick's Day Birthday." What happened to originality?

You know it's bad when you can't even imagine a B'day cake of any color except green. One year a younger sister actually (swear-to-God) dyed the mashed potatoes green.

This is to Lance Hughes....happy early birthday...may your birthday cake contain flowers of a different color and may you get a big flower on your piece of cake (I always like to get the flowers...they taste good..yummy buttercream)..

As to appearance.... well I thought it was required that all pics posted on internet be shot at least 10 years ago. LOL! Actually, that's about 6 or 7 years ago, but not much has changed, except 'stache is pure white.... and so is .....er, other body hair. LOL!

Full head of hair, with grey coming in nicely, thank you. And "thank you" to my maternal grandfather from whom (say the wives' tales) I inherited said hair.

As B'day boy, of course I get the flowers - and I take some off the other pieces and smash 'em down to make a solid layer on MY slice (which is, of course, the first one cut and cut by yours truly. LOL!) I like to leave naked spots for others to moan about.... oh, I guess that makes me a sadist, right? Who knew?

And that reminds me: For my 40th, had a boy lick his frosting out of the zipper of my jeans. And he did get to swallow the creamy, er..... results.

But back to topic:

You know things are bad when your tax-preparer calls and "reminds" you that your appointment is in 3 days and you haven't even started on finding, much less organizing, the receipts you know he wants to see. Worse yet, you know that things are bad since if you don't make the appointment, (as you didn't last year) you know he's booked solid until MAY 21st. LOL!
