I am considering having my slave get breast implants, I am curious how people view that. Many men enjoy large breasts and I am certainly one of them. However, I also enjoy anal sex, fucking a woman from behind is one of my great joys. Don't do that! Please, you won't be the one that has to live with such an extreme body modification. Every woman wants to be beautiful, that would just make her look like a side show attraction. Boy, that goes to that whole thread that LaT wrote. She made some good points. Besides, I don't think they can make nipples.

A better idea would be to have the slave's spine removed. That way you could swivel the torso around 180 degrees and enjoy the best of both worlds. Who needs a slave with a spine anyway? Although you may not find a Doctor to do this in the US, at least not yet. I think the operation is already performed in many countries with socialized medicine. You can't even get elective surgery in countries with socialized medicine unless you pay for it. Socialized medicine doesn't cover cosmetic surgery. Unless, of course, someone was in a horrible disfiguring accident.

I am betting one could get a good deal in India, there is already a lot of "tourist medicine" where people from places like the US go to get surgery they can't afford here. As for nipples, I am sure in India you can get "donated organs" pretty easy as there are very few nipple transplants done these days, so there is a real glut on the market.

I have had a bit of exposure to breast implants and other cosmetic surgeries. Mostly my ex is made up of parts less than 7 years old. She looks and feels great. So I say get the surgery but, have the extra pair of boobies stuck on her butt instead of the middle of her back. You can get some “wide load” style jeans and save all that money Merc was talking about for custom tailoring.

I'm aware of medical tourism, and you can probably get someone in India to do it for you. But this is just wrong on so many levels. I'm sure glad you're not my master. I just found a new hard limit, here.

Rumor has it that there's a few "doctors" in Montreal who'll do this type of surgery for a few thousand dollars. I'll caution you that you will get what you pay for thought I wish Michael the best of luck in his endeavors. Would be great to see him get what he wants!

Having heavy boobs hurts my back, I can only think heavy boobs on my back would make things a whole lot worse, or balance me out? I think Breasts on the back would be a waste. I mean sure they're great for Slowdancing and Ass Fucking but think about all the things that will come in time. They will sag.
