No Angelika, As the OP, i asked a specific question and was interested in the responses to the actual OP. I actually expected this because it seems MOST threads of late have no hope of remaining as to the OP. So its no biggy, but so no, i don't care to "go with the flow" -- the tangent this thread has gone has no interest for me and is not what i asked -- which is why i said have fun.

There is off topic and then there is totally offtopic. You wanted facts, I would have recommended a research activity on Wikipedia.

If you want a discussion, and I'm assuming you know how discussions go here, especially in the evenings, then I suggest you stop getting flustered, for your own sake of course. We aren't trying to hold a meeting here. This is a place of leisure.

Umm folks, i know you are really proud of Canada, but this thread is really about anthems that don't have the country's name in it. I don't mean to interfere with the many many renditions of Canada's but it really doesn't answer what the OP is asking. Thanks.

Good Lord, next the peeps are going to start using words ya never heard before too.

Naughty naughty peeps, tsk tsk tsk...

I am NOT going to some dorky Renaissance Fair......." Would Ye like a turkey leg squire?"

Angelika, you really aren't this obtuse are you? lol. YOu can try and be as patronizing as you wish, I know many op's just give up when a thread goes so off tangent and you have people wasting their time trying to discuss the OP, i like to announce it in threads i start that i am no longer interested for those who want to discuss the OP or try and answer it for my information.

Its really is that simple. There are many people in threads that try and bring it on topic and i simply don't like wasting their time if i am no longer interested in the discussion.

Putain de bordel de merde, rien du tout. Je suis totalement pas stone. C'est affreux !

Je demande une execution immediate.

SANS la Marseillaise, puisque j'en suis une.

Aux armes, etcaetera.

I shall translate as I am fluent in the way that them Belizians speak....

First kit'n said, "Putain de bordel de merde, rien du tout. Je suis totalement pas stone. C'est affreux"

Which loosely translates in English to..."barely"

Then kitn added, "Je demande une execution immediate. SANS la Marseillaise, puisque j'en suis une.
Aux armes, ectetera
"

Which in the states is the Belizian equivalent of, "Go fuck yourself."

I thought you abandoned this thread mid-way through page 2? Nice to see you stuck around ;-)

No I'm not obtuse. I'm simply suggesting that you relax. You don't want to take this suggestion, it's your choice.
