I am all present. More to follow lol.

Let's see.... i got tossed out of my office by our majority partner but a love note from my lawyer helped him find his checkbook....

Mrs and i sat and read The Mistress Manual together yesterday and for the first time in forever it feels like we are not advesaries...

I'm in my third month of "sabatacal". the house is cleaner than ever. I got a new vaccum for my birthday.

Who could ask for anything more?

I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. February was crazy for me. To many deadlines at work, to many weekend commitments, not enough 'down time'... No cute boy to beat. Never fear! The Estroven kept me from screaming and crying. That's a good thing. My long time 'boy from afar' Wall-e is coming to visit tonight. I have tickets for Frolicon for Easter Weekend. Things are moving in the 'correct' direction for my continuing recovery from hormonal hell.

I am coming out of my cranky winter funk....(dammit my fingers so badly tried to write fuck instead of funk!!

)

Work sucks...the work part, the people are okay, the pay isn't increasing anytime soon but my cost of living sure is.

GD and I usually carpool and one night a couple weeks ago he was driving and hit a deer, totaling the best winter driving car EVER. I hate driving the 4wheel drive truck on icy roads but of course, since we wrecked the car, we got ice. I did a SPLENDID 180 on the freeway, sliding the truck into the ditch with a huge whoosh and cloud of snow. (I was being a bit hasty in going from 4 wheel to 2 wheel and driving a bit fast, black ice and whoosh) Fortunately I was able to switch back into 4 wheel and drive right back out with zero damage to the truck. I cannot say the same for GD's undies.

My daughter just found out she is having another girl.......YAY!!! And not going to have more......double YAY!!!

My son is being less of an asshole (my kids really are too much like their mother) and put new tires on my zoom zoom M3 so I can drive it instead of the truck......for FREE! His way of saying he is sorry for being an asshole...

Now for the faaabulous news. My photography has always been a hobby. I occasionally sell prints. Most of those that sell, are artsy nature shots. Stuff I enjoy and don't really care whether other people love them or not. I just sort of fell into selling a few prints here and there. Nothing to retire on for sure. Portrait work, I have always done who I want, when I want and that usually means family. Several years ago, I began giving them as gifts occasionally. Even did a few really fun, multi dimensional collages as gifts. Since I found a good company to have quality prints done, I did some large prints and had them framed as gifts.

Well! Someone saw some of them, inquired, and wanted to know if I would do photos of their son. I was apprehensive but said I would give it a try. No interiour shots as I do not have proper lighting and studio. It was SO MUCH FUN!! We spent several hour wandering around the town, looking for good back grounds, trudging through snow, laughing...it was a blast. The best part.........the photos, some of them....AWESOME! The teenager loved them, the parents loved them, and..... they even all agreed on some. Because I was unsure of the outcome, I did not charge for my time, I only marked up the prints a little, to pay for my gas. Now.......other people are seeing those photos and asking about me.

Apparently I might be doing some portrait work for people! For actual money!

I am still here if anyone cares. Going through menopause apparently and all I can say is that hot flashes SUCK ASS!! Nothing much has changed on the home front, still with my slave, still working, still planning on moving to WV as soon as I can. Dogs and kitties are doing well and so is my kiddo.

As I said last month.. my boi and I celebrate one year together this weekend -- we're taking a long weekend to enjoy some things together. Tonight is the DC Boys of Leather's bar night, so we'll be there -- tomorrow I'm throwing her out early to do whatever she needs to do and told her to pick me up at 2:30pm and we'll go up to our hotel for the night and to see Ladysmith Black Mambazo. It should be a lovely evening. After that, we are off to West Virginia to huddle up in a cabin for a couple of days. I have a lovely gift for her and I can't wait to give it to her -- an engraved ring.

We have several events (CLAW in Cleveland and IML in Chicago) coming up, not to mention the normal array of play parties and such. And with any luck, we'll be able to start riding again in the next couple of weeks. We still have snow here and there.

Plans for moving in together progress and we did settle on August.

We will celebrate her wearing my collar in August.

Beyond that, I've been displaced from my office (along with about 30 of my peers) for the month and so I'm working at home. I would like to be a bit more productive but I'll live.

Life is good.

We're all sick, in some way or another, here. The only plus at this point is that Pandi is due again in about a week. The puppies were really active last night (can feel at least three, maybe four in there) and so at least we know that they are developing well.

Just waiting for the rest of my backpay from Social Security. Got one more visit to the dentist and that is next month (extraction time) Had a filling put in on Wednesday.been doing fine on my meds. Been doing Curves to help shape and tone my body (still thinks liposuction will get rid of the fat since I seldom eat, grazing for the most part with one meal in the evening).

Guess its time I come on out of the shadows. February ended up a decent month on the home front. Settled him into the house and started breaking him into 24/7. he is adjusting well. I'm tired from the extra tasks but excited about the future. My boy has been working way too much so my Sadist side is ready for some play time. Hopefully, next week!

Got to start March off on a high note. I had jury duty for federal court. And MY LUCK...got picked for a civil trial. I'm stuck for the next month or so. Does give me some interesting mind wandering time!

Right here. Collecting the materials for a roofer to put on a new roof as weather allows. Gonna be crazy but good, putting a ridgeline vent system in so that when we get to the hot part of the year it should be tolerable in here without AC.

Sub relationships all present and accounted for: the garden sub, the long-distance sub, the applying for consideration sub (when he moves here if he moves), the poly-partner sub, and the young being-mentored sub. Blink. Gee, that's rather a list. I may have to declare the casting call closed for the nonce!

I'm still around, spending a lot of time on Fet. Drawn by all the people I'm meeting at munches & classes & parties (oh my!) . . . . .

I'm feeling the 'being more productive' thing coming on, which is good as I need to make some money, lol .. . . .

Going thru lots of changes. I'm always changing, I like change. But I'm feeling particularly fecund & thankfully not in the reproductive manner, lol .. .. .
