Status: offline 		I got an email from a guy in Michigan who says that he has the right to kill submissive women, that he wants to slam their heads into walls.

As soon as I got it I called 911 but because he lives in Michigan they told me I have to find Michigan's number and tell them. I reported his email to the website but it says 'after so many reports, we'll do something about it.'

What should I do? This guy does NOT have any contact info of mine beyond CM email. I DO feel safe. How should I alert the authorities to this?

Status: offline 		You shouldn't.  The guy hasn't done anything except write up some words in an email.  There's no immediate threat to anyone.  The guy is just mouthing off.

And you will know it was him because he sent you a picture? Listen, no offense, really. But you are 19 and you just had your first crazy email from some nut job, and it freaked you out, it's understandable. However, you have him going on some mad killing spree and the cops coming to talk to you (or charge you with accessory for know) about how you could have stopped him. Drama queen much?

If you haven't blocked him, do so. If he starts following you around, continue to report him. He made no threats to you or anyone else.

Status: offline 		As LadyPact says he could just be mouthing off but I totaly understand your concerns. What if he is crazy enough to believe he can kill another human being? I once ran across a man who was posting about young girls. We cautioned him and told him we were not going to put up with that kind of thing. Finally, he posted what I was sure was dangerous to children. I sent an e mail to the FBI and someone called me back 1/2 hour later. The guy never posted again and I assume the FBI dealt with him. If you feel he is serious you can try the FBI. Lots of big mouths out there and lots of sicko's as well.

Would somebody please let us know when RS is out terrorizing newbies again?   

Why oh why do I seem to have the thought, "Commit felonies upon me baby!"  in my head all of a sudden? 

As for the OP, the person who wrote you has not yet committed a crime that anyone knows of.  The police couldn't do anything right now if they wanted to.  Hopefully he won't go out and be a deranged maniac.   If he does, there was nothing you could do about it.  Block if you feel the need.  Never meet this person.  The one person you can protect is yourself.

Honestly it takes a real jackass to say that having consensual anal sex is in any way comparable to murdering someone because of their sexual orientation, just because they're both illegal.

Also what you feel you have the right to do with your consenting partner is not the same as feeling you have the right to do something to "submissive women" as a whole. From what I can tell the guy in the OP isn't looking for a consenting partner to murder, he's saying he does not value the lives of submissive women and he has the right to kill them, consent or not.

That's an extremely unhealthy mindset and I applaud the OP for attempting to report it. At best, reporting it will save someone's life. At worst, it'll teach some jackass not to make stupid threats to strangers on the internet. It's a win win situation.

Status: offline 		The problem you have here is you have an anonymous person posting they have the right to kill submissive women. That he wants to slam their heads into walls. You haven't got any specifics as if he has acted upon this right he believes he has or that he has acted upon the want too.

The concept is he is saying he has the right too, and that he wants too, he hasn't said he has actually done anything. Saying he has a right to do something illegal is not illegal. To say you want to kill someone is not illegal. There really isn't anything the cops can do unless they will be running out to investigate every person who says they want to murder someone.

They may be able to investigate to see if anything has actually occured, but unfortunately, until the guy actually does something, and there is a victim and a law is actually broken, the cops can't do anything.

I mean what are you really going to say to the cops -- excuse me but this guy says he wants to do this and he has a right to do that. People all over the world utter words like -- i want to kill so and so. Its NOT a crime to want too, its a crime if you do so.

I think you have done what you should, reported it to CM. Its now up to CM to decide if they will report it to the ISP and beyond.

If not, and ive dealt with in another life one that wasnt.

Get as much detail as possible. I'm lucky or unlucky depending on point of view, i give out my phone number, its plastered worldwide over the internet because of my job, and yes so is my address, much to my sons horror. But once you have their number etc (my phone can record calls) the police have something to work with.

… and as far as Elisabella’s criminal mind suggesting that it is OK to commit sex crimes against women but not OK to commit other crimes is just personal prejudice.
