Status: offline 		I suppose right wingers will come to his defense saying he was just trying to make a point about healthcare reform. Of course, this was a stupid thing to say and it doesn't surprise me that it came from a conservative.

A couple of days ago both the wife and daughter of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) were rushed to the hospital after they were rear-ended by a tractor trailer in a minivan while traveling on I-95 near Washington. Landra Reid the Senators …

Status: offline 		Well this is only further proof that the conservatives shouldn't even have a hand in health care. Clearly the voice speaking here doesn't understand that Reid's wife would either be in surgery for a few hours or in a brace for a few months. Her injuries were not life threatening nor did they have significant impact on her quality of life had they not caught these issues unless she was in a secondary accident within the recovery time.

Compression fractures of the spine occur rather frequently, especially in older men and women. These fractures only become disasterously dangerous when the fracture leaves free floating bone fragments near the nerves of the spine or if the fracture itself compromises the integrity of the spinal structure. Compression fractures alone don't always require surgery.

The medical science behind this incident is the misunderstood part, not the health care.

I love dumb conservatives that really only make themselves look like asses.

Let me put it this way....if conservatives don't have the reading comprehension or drive to understand that Reid's wife was in no life threatening danger, do you really think that these same conservatives have a reading comprehension level to be able to understand the complexities of a health care bill?

If he had said the republican party feels the plug should be pulled... then you can make a blanket statement about the intelligence level. But it was just one man. A stupid man. A moronic man. A man incapable for caring. But it was just one man. However, reading the blog responses, it does show the mentality of the conservative voter.

Because what one person says has often had influence totally out of proportion to conservatives.

Rush speaks and conservatives cower and apologize for daring to offend him.

Yet now we are to accept that one voice doesn't speak for all.

So because this nutcase said something, all conservatives should be judged? Is that what your saying?

I lived with a liberal who was a pond scum sucking, parasite. He thinks the world owes him a living, but is willing to settle for having the govt support him. Should I judge all liberals by his actions?  He still owes me a shit load of money, should I believe that all liberals would screw me like that? Oh, wait, you already proved that wasn't true.

Do they really? Most conservatives I know don't listen to the guy. The only time I do, is when people start pissing and moaning about what they think he said and I want to find out what he really said.

I know Dan will get pulverised by the liberal Jew-run mediafor saying this, but I am proud of him. The liberal new-york media Jews won't tell you, but government thugs are pushing their extremist socialist agenda down your throat so they can operate concentration camps right here on American soil. Just like they are keepin silent on such egregious violations to the constitution like attempting to stifle all dissent so that they can seize your land through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

I would like a definitive way to separate the politics of the crazies (ahem...) from the politics of the sane minded "conservatives". What do we call the conservatives that have a point?
