The cute ones are always crazy.
So, what kind of crazy is she ?

If her mental state threatens her life or your's, ask her to seek help.

Should you keep dating her, based on what you know of, ask yourself "what is the wrost that could happen?"
If a happy relationship doesn't seem likely, it's probly best to know now and act accordingly.

If you mean clinically insane, incapable of giving consent, then it is unethical to have sex with her.

If you mean she thinks differently than you, and you're just using her for sex? Whether or not it is ethical depends on whether you have given her the impression you care for her more than you do or if you have discussed this being a sex only relationship. If you have led her on, then you are being unethical. Tell her that you want no strings attached, booty call relationship only. If that's what she wants then go for it. If it isn't, then man up and don't continue to hurt her by implying through words and actions that you want a fuller relationship when it clearly isn't true.

Depends on how much drama you want in your life and what's really important to you.

I don't like chaos and drama when I'm in a relationship with someone.

Looks fade....drama can last a lifetime.

(OP, I'm assuming by "clearly insane" you mean drama.)

I don't know whether you were kidding, but I've actually found this to be true. Hottt + intelligent = issues. I think it has a lot to do with the way women's bodies are treated in society. LOL, fair enough! I wasn't talking about everyone, yanno. However, I can give you examples to support my position. My first longterm girlfriend was gorgeous, and also a child prodigy, first enrolled in college at the age of 12. She would often tell me she wanted to be a "sexless scientist," and dressed in ways that would minimize her cleavage and her hourglass, so men would listen to what she was saying instead of looking at her chest.

Intelligence. In one sample, people with eating disorders scored significantly higher than average on IQ tests. People with bulimia, but not anorexia, had higher nonverbal than verbal scores.
