If this was appropriate dress code for the club he went to, then he was right to wear it. If his dominant liked how he looked in that garb, then he was right to wear it. What is inappropriate is you passing judgment on a relationship you aren't part of.

I think it's up to the sub's Domme to decide what her sub wears. If she wants him in leather, then he should wear leather. If you don't want your sub to wear it, then don't let him.
