The right really holds in high esteem their high school educated drunken dopers don't they?  Maybe it’s because most of them aren't any different.

Glenn Beck Issues Guidelines To Help You Know If Your Church Has Been Infiltrated By Marxists - News Hounds

In one of his more bizarre shows yesterday (3/23/10), Glenn Beck lectured us on the dangers of Marxists infiltrating churches. If we’re not careful, he explained, we’ll wind up like Latin America where the infiltration has already occurred! He also gave out handy tips so that his audience can recognize the difference between Jesus’ teachings and Commie propaganda. This being Beck, he also tied it into Obama (who, as any Beck fan knows, is the second coming of Marx), and Obama’s latest commie preacher, Rev. Jim Wallis. Apparently, this is the start of the attacks on Wallis Beck promised in lieu of accepting Wallis’ challenge to a public debate. And in the most bizarre (and self-centered) twist of all, Beck suggested that Obama/Wallis might try to kill him. With video.

Since you seem to know so much about his show, could you please provide a summary of what all this crap is about? Perhaps, I am gonna have to catch his show sometime next week to see what all the fuss is about.

I have caught bits and pieces of his show when it was on HLN, not so much recently. I know of who he is and some of things said at the parties, and heard about that project. I figured they were seperate things. I will have to tune in and catch some to see if it is worth the time investment. Thanks for the recommendation.

Unitarian Universalists had another much more troubling problem in the 1950's to the 1970's ...
Those churches in the US were scrutinized by our own government, with even covert CIA visits/infultarions to our congregations, and resulting federal security files on many of our congregations; not to mention our denomination as a whole.
There is probably still a good chance that such files still exist ...

Should we be concerned about freedom religion or how others trust us?

Sorry that isn't where I heard about Wallis, but thanks for the interest in my television viewing. Believe it or not one of the folks I speak to came and asked me about the Reverand, so I did some looking. The whole Beck vs Wallis thing came up during that time, I could care less what either of them have to say about each other.

Again, that was mentioned on his wiki and a few other websites. As far as what I learned about Wallis came from here and a few other places. If I had gotten my info from Beck I would say that is where I got it from. Thanks again for your interest in my television viewing habits.
