Well. I'm starting to feel the age thing. I'm now 50. Yes, I look good for 50. Great even. You'd never look at me and say "old". Altho none of you will know that. lol But I'm not in a hurry to be age 60. I know at 50 I start to be less desirable by society in so many ways, beauty mentor lover. Its a drag really. And I know its an imaginary line since I'm not the only 50 year old. Its just how it goes. The world starts to move past you in someways altho you are still in it. All you can do is not smoke use your mind and watch the weight/stay out of the sun. Sounds stupid/but true.

Thank god for family. Because only family allows one to move into patriarch or matriarch roles without diminishing your worth. Until way down the line that is. At 70 you better have your ducks in a row. By 50 even if you're smart. The strange thing is age is only age. Inside of all of us, we are still young. Right up until we die. If anyone has church background we've heard stuff like we're all gods children. And till the day we die that is still true. Its something you cant really already know. Its something you learn one day at a time.

Have you noticed? No one appears to age on collarme.com. This seems true regardless of one's status -- dom, domme, submissive, slave, switch. People whose profiles have been up for years remain the same age they were when they first posted. I can understand that. There is no automatic update and who wants to acknowledge the aging process. But what I find bemusing is that some folks actually get younger on collarme.com! I noticed that a few years ago when a domme dropped below the 50 years of age line. It apparently worked for her as she wrote of having found her slave not long after the change. I've noticed it a few times since then.

I'm not being critical, mind you. I just think it's unfortunate that some feel the need. I for one find some of the dommes over 50 (and over 60) quite alluring, extremely attractive, and exceptionally articulate in explaining who they are and whom they seek. Unfortunately it's seldom someone over 60.

For the RECORD......I have gotten younger, thinner and VASTLY more handsome as the years have gone by!
