Scott Ashjian says he is being set up by the Republican Party, which could be true because they have been fighting tooth and nail to discredit him calling him a fake Tea Party candidate in a fake Tea Party. Other Tea Party groups in Nevada have already denounced his legitimacy

Status: offline 		Brain, it might have been beneficial to state that the reason he was being charged was for a bad check in the amount of 5000 last year.

If he did, its a felony. If not, then i cannot imagine a DA persuing this avenue.

Status: offline 		Beneficial to the reader, Brain. The way you wrote it made it sound like some conspiracy by the republican party to prevent this man from running. as much as i detest that party and everything they are doing now, misleading only makes things worse.
