Laundry is eeeeeevil!!
It allows you to think you have it all washed and dried. It allows you the briefest feeling of satisfaction...of knowing you can venture into the basement without seeing a mountain of socks, bloomers, tee shirts, etc....but NOOOOOOOOO....because while you were basking in the glow of a job well done, playing on the computer and laughing at Osf...it has...*gulp*...it has BRED!

pile of ShitYouBoughtOnEBayAndAreHidingFromHubby...from one lonely, unpartnered piece of footwear, a new landfill of laundry has been born...
Sadly....the lesson of just how vindictive socks can be is learned too late. You must now grab the 25 gallon bottle of Tide (Sams Club, of course), the 15 gallon tub of Downey, and the box of obnoxious smelling fabric sheets and try...TRY!!!...to reverse the destruction caused by pissed off hosiery.
