Status: offline 		"American" isn't really cheese.  It's "pasteurized processed cheese food", or some such nomenclature.  As far as I'm concerned it's an abomination & if that's how someone from another country sees America, it's just plain sad.  I love all real cheeses.  I don't currently have much at home right now because I live with a Jewish family & it's Pesach.  So food choices are limited.  If I had my druthers, I would have all sorts of really good cheeses on hand at all times.

Status: offline 		I've been daft for Spanish cheeses lately, so I have both Murcia al Vino and Idiazabal on hand right now, as well as some delicious Chocolate Stout Cheddar cheese from Oregon.

None of these seem to be on the list, though.
