In this poll- which cheese do you have in stock in your house right now?  (tho if you are temporarily out of the cheese- note however you want)

The point is- if someone drops in this week- they will find what?

"American" isn't really cheese.  It's "pasteurized processed cheese food", or some such nomenclature.  As far as I'm concerned it's an abomination & if that's how someone from another country sees America, it's just plain sad.  I love all real cheeses.  I don't currently have much at home right now because I live with a Jewish family & it's Pesach.  So food choices are limited.  If I had my druthers, I would have all sorts of really good cheeses on hand at all times.

I've been daft for Spanish cheeses lately, so I have both Murcia al Vino and Idiazabal on hand right now, as well as some delicious Chocolate Stout Cheddar cheese from Oregon.

None of these seem to be on the list, though.

LadyH!! Cheese at my house never seems to stick around too long. I do tend to admire and salivate at that section at the grocery for a long time.

At first glance I thought it said "name your feces". I have heard of people giving pet names to their Johnson but pet names for turds? After all the shitty threads lately, I thought anything was possible.

ETA: oh - cheese -I like brie cheese

Love all cheeses except limburger and head cheese, but all I have in the fridge right now is reduced fat string cheese and grated parmesan cheese.

We love so many kinds of cheese but what we have in the house right now is a huge block of extra sharp cheddar, some spreadable "Laughing Cow" brand garlic and herb cheese wedges and a container of tomato and basil feta. Mmmm, mmmm
