I love cheese...every kind, well except for that nasty yak's milk cheese I had at the Fancy Food Show in NYC 6 years ago...ugh, I still remember the taste.

Last weekend I hit a local cheese shop and bought a small piece of Spanish Monte Enebro (goat's milk), a chunk of Swiss Hoch Ybrig (raw cow's milk) and a wedge of French Saint-Nectaire (raw cow's milk).
I also picked up a container of Fromage Blanc with honey and lavender from Nettle.Meadow.Farm today to have with a bit of toasted bread for breakfast tomorrow.

Yeah...I love me some cheese!

I love cheese, except for the processed crap.

Right now i think there is swiss, pepper jack and tons of shredded mozzarella, plus the stuff you sprinkle on pasta.

I love cheese, but sadly it does not love me. I can eat Swiss, cottage, and goat cheeses. Sadly, I have not found cottage or goat cheese... but the Swiss cheese - well that's down right expensive!

I have yogurt. Does that count? It is the slammingest best yogurt in the fricking world too - made with lemon zest!
