i've found that a gag doesn't keep me quiet, it just makes me unable to talk. my Master used to use a dribble gag on me, because He used to like me to dribble a lot (humiliation?). He also said they woz safer, coz i could breath through my mouth. To keep me quiet, all He had to do woz tell me to shut up, and i tried my best to remain silent.

Yep I want noise, if he's not making noise he could be dead. I like to hear those sweet moans, soulful groans and that animalistic grunt, they turn me on. So yes on the noise and the occasional scream is nice too just because it makes me giggle in an evil sort of way.

My Domina preferred noise and I am glad because I love to make it[:D].
But that is when others are not around there were times we used gags or pillows to be more quiet and muffle the noise, that was exciting too.

Tough choice. I am very vocal and loud, though i never hear myself. Not being gagged makes breathing easier so for long scenes i prefer not to be gagged.

Then there are those moments when you want it do not want it, then being gagged is a mercy, you cannot beg either way, which is also very freeing i think.

For me both are hot, it would depend on the scene and Master or Mistress's wishes.

I have been voice trained previously but i get the feeling both actually like the noise.

When topping ....I love the feedback the more sound the better and when I bottom....well luck would have it I have only played with those who love the fact I am rather lound and high pitched. My flatmates all have earplugs for when my Beloved comes to stay....

We have been seriously thinking of getting a gag. I love to make a lot a noise, but I do feel guilty about being over heard from the kid or the neighbors. We wonder if it will be more freeing for me to have a gag. I just don't know what kind to get. I don't want to drool all over the place! [:'(]

Depends on my mood, mostly I prefer to enjoy her noises.... but sometimes I will order silence just because that is more difficult for her to do for me  and I can quite enjoy that too [:D]

Depends on the scene.  Usually however, I like noise and letting conversation flow.  I and my partners tend to be mental players so keeping their mouths open for the moans, to make snarky comments and...to let their lack of good judgement during a scene get them into a frustrated place, very enjoyable.

I don't really enjoy gags, though I do like a hand over my mouth. I also like screaming into a pillow.  I tend to be very loud or almost absolutely quiet.  Quiet usually means I am trying to manage or control or process a sensation.

As a top, I prefer noise from the bottom.  Hell, as a bottom I prefer noise and comments from the top.

Hello All,
For me it depends on the circumstances.
If I'm in a restaurant and playing under the table I can cover all desires to make noise and mostly keep my composure. At home sometimes we are quiet due to the kids being home. Sometimes even when I can make noise it's just breathy and quiet. Other times I'm squeeling, growling, moaning, talking dirty and very loud. It really depends on the energy we're reflecting at that exact moment as to noise or not noise for me.

I love sub sounds in scening, from mine or ones adjacent. I love the screams, indrawn breaths, the moans, the whimpers, the cussing, the sighs.. What I can't stand while playing is when others stand too close and talk about anything, but especially about their kids, job or recent surgery. I do not like having something there to draw my sub out of his space. He's to be focusing on me, not so and sos gall bladder surgery. I also dislike loud music.

Good point.  Often my Master will call me when he knows i am in a very public place (a crowded Starbucks, once at the grocery store check out, at work) and command me to cum, just for kicks.  It makes for interesting looks as my face turns flush and any sound escapes.  He finds it quite amusing and i always laugh afterwards at how mean he is...lol.

I live in a middle row home, and noise here has been a giveaway that something is going on in my house. I kinda do and kinda don't like the fact that my neighbors suspect something "crazy" is going on.
