Thank you, thank you. And yes, it's one tenth of a liter. I am aware of the parts of the states which have quite a bit of Scandinavian bloodlines and cultural heritages, and I keep getting amazed at how well it holds together. Now, as for the lefse you are describing, they are from a slightly different part of Norway. They're also great, but my personal favorite is the thick lefse. The thin one have a little too much in common with lompe for me. The tastes are different, but there's the association, mostly due to that they both use potatoes quite a bit.

I'm glad you liked the recipy, and I hope you'll enjoy the finished product.
