On the serious side of things....what are the odds Obama picks a fight with this selection.We know just to keep the present balance his pick will lean left,but does he take a chance of a protracted confirmation hearing and go real left ...or does he play nice with the Repubs and choose a safer and more easily confirmed nominee? By the way I found it real interesting to read that Stevens was confirmed a scant 19 days after being put forth by Ford(a President who didn't even have the stature of an election under his belt!).These sure are different times,aren't they?

Is he qualifies to be a Judge? Is he qualified to be a prosecuter? Is he qualified to be those things and jury too? The answer to those questions is a resounding NO! Constitutionally, this trial is a farce, with no standing in any court of law. He could find himself facing defamation charges, maybe even slander charges. for crying out loud.. the trial is being held within a church! pahunk, you really need to come back to the land of reality. If Manning is qualified to run such a trial, then of course he is qualified to lead the SC. think about it.

This article by Mr goldfarb is disturbing to me. He is a blogger. He suggests that she is a socialist. This article is about a highly educated woman. In the article she says their is much fueding between the standard 2 party system dem vs rep. Does this mean that she is a socialist? I do not believe that a person that wants to disolve fueding at parties can be bad. People are social animals. People really need to learn to get along. Learn to think or just have another drink. I think Elena Kagan thinks.
