True brainiac...I guess I should have made it more clear that at that point in my post I was addressing the OP..and not so much your post...sorry. No comment on Dawkins as "one of the greatest thinkers of our day."..not all that familiar with him....isn't he the guy kissing everybody on "Family Feud"?

Got steel, usually not always. That is such an overdone question. Many(most) athiests claim to believe there is no god, of any sort, based on science. That Science prooves there is no God. Dawkins pretty much falls into that catagory. Yet science can not proove there is no God. If you think it can, please lay out the proof. It is a personal belief, yet they pretend it is based on logic, and hence a fact. Not al Athiests. But almost all of the loud ones.

You can't prove a negative. On some level it takes as much faith to believe there is no God as to believe there is.
