So, I talked about the validity of understaning some maritime laws when we find ourselves adrift in international waters, and you bring up some bullshit about saving the suitors.

Thats why you aint ever going to grasp any concept placed before you, you can't apprehend the difference between an amoeba and a space station. (hint: you probably can never find a relation between the two, because one is metal, exists in space, and the other is alive, is a single celled organism,  and exists in fluid, but you can try, nobodies gonna buy it.)

However the state is to trump the fed- and the sheriff is the most powerful man in any given county.   That means militias are up the the sheriff - not the fed.
