The only picture I have up here is this icon job that is me, but not so much me as to be easily spotted unless you were looking for me in particular. Because my job requires me to walk into people's homes or businesses everday, many people in this town know me or have seen me somewhere. Anyone who would get a glimmer of "hmm.. I know that girl from somewhere", is unlikely to link me to kink. I look too average.

I do keep the profile up here and in other kink sites though. It gives me a chance to spread the word around about my munch groups and to vent what ever headspace is going on with me at the time.

I don't put up my pic because I would lose my job - and my career - if anyone knew I was on a site like this.

If I chat to someone and send them a pic, it's totally 'nilla and one that I give out on several non-kink sites too. I need 'plausible deniability', sadly...

Hmm, methinks i'll check that other thread next.

i have pics up, obviously because right now i am seeking a new Owner, and am quite happy. i'm not "out" to any of my friends and family, and yet if someone did find my pics i would have no issue explaining who and what i am. i honestly am in a transformative stage of my life right now, and have no issues with what others think of me - as i say in my sigline, i've never claimed sanity, only happiness.

And my pics, while cute, are tasteful, even the one of my rear end (which doesn't have my face in it). i think you attract what you put out there, and the types of Owners who write to me that are serious about their interest in me are very appreciative of the fact that i don't have nude pics up everywhere for all to see. i'm a private person, and they are too.

i will say i don't have a vanilla career to worry about, or a public persona, so that is part of it as well.

i'm sure that once i'm owned again all this could change, and i might be more "hidden," as any future Owner of mine *does* have a high-profile career and public persona to maintain, and our life together will be very, very private. So we'll see, once that happens. Watch this space for future changes, hee hee!

I have no concern for the fact that face it: there isn't anything super special about me that would cause another to try to used what I have in my profile against me. BTW sunshine...why haven't we chatted on skype??????

Above all, I do not put my pic up for professional reasons. I don't need my sex life getting out to our associates and clients. My close friends aren't petty and know about me, but I don't have that same relationship and assurance with business contacts.

Even if it wasn't for professional reasons, I divulge personal stuff about myself on the boards and would want to protect my privacy.

I do however share my pic with people I like on the other side.

I don't mind posting "SOME" pictures here, as long as I save the JUICY ONES, for friends. This way I am sure someone from work, won't see it and blab it all over work.

I don't think there is anything here, that anyone could use against me, since some of these picturs are also on FLICKR.

I removed most of my pics even thought my eyes were blocked off. The reason? Not looking...at least not for a man and men are visual. I feel if i establish a good connection with someone then i will share pics. Till then, I do have a career that could be harmed if i was blatantly shown upon this site. I will prolly always have discreet photos, if any shown.

This said, thank god for those who show themselves! it makes this place a lot more interesting. if your out on the market, i say, show whatcha got, mind & body
