1) They have already taken an oath of office, per the laws of the state and the United States, no amount of "sovereign citizen' bullshit is going to change that.

2) In your imagination congressmen have moved funds offshore, considering there is laws and regulations requiring the members of congress to report all income, moneys and savings in order to make it harder for bribes to be hidden, you are once again spouting bullshit.

And finally, IF you and your sovereign citizens decide to take up arms against the United States, either in open defiance against the government or the assassination of elected officials, it will be interesting to see it in the news and how many of you and your buddies either end up with a needle in your arm OR killed by federalized troops that you and your bunch of lunatics caused to be called up.

Either way, the sovereign citizens will lose.

Funny thing, is most of you people are good at token gestures like writing letters, but when it comes to putting your blood on the line you dont have the fucking guts to die for a cause.

Come on hunky you can get well. all you have to do is question this one claim. Where is the legal base for claiming that using all caps is somehow important when typing or printing a name?

It is different.   It is a different legal entity.   I did not invent the system.

OK then - "Admiralty Maritime Jurisdiction" apparently replaced any other form of jurisdiction in the US.

When?
Who authorised or enacted this change?
What are the effects of this change - a) in criminal law and b) in civil law and c) in procedural law?

Since we seem to have the expertise present here to explain this readily and clearly, I'm hopeful of acquiring some important information here, even more so if any response is directed to the answering of these three key questions rather than deflecting, rambling or generating some throw away remark to those ends.

E

still no answers on these rather straightforward questions I note

oh well, I'm sure its just the experts are too busy right now to respond to them, rather than that they dare not; perhaps when I wake tomorrow I shall find a full account of this mysterious subject.

E

the original jurisdiction constitution for the us authorizes 3 law forms.  admiraly, equity, common law.

well the courts are beyond disgusting here and they switch jurisdictions at least in the lower courts it gets more strict as you get up to the guys with more brains.

Admiralty is law for the sea, otherwise known as merchantile law and it is intertwined with contract law and once upon a time was the law of the sea.  You could write charges and a claim against the "thing" the res   ident.

The idea was to hold the ship at port until wages paid whatever was done. So it allows them to capture your ship.

Common law is the unwritten law of custom, the law of the land.  There is no such thing as insurance under common law that is admiralty because your ships were carrying cargo etc etc etc.

So when we got rid of the gold standard law basically shifted into commercial as a result of negotiable instruments.  All crimes today are commercial.

SO what is the best way for a crooked government to rape you for your money?

WHat do they do when you are stopped?  The shithead cop gets out and writes a lien against you and you have to go in and prove that you are not guilty?

Common law you are innocent until proven guilty.

Completely bassackwards.

Few people are aware of this process.  Anyway that should given you a fundamental overview.

Yup.  Your birth certificate is your bill of laden for YOU- as you are a pirate as well as chattel on the high seas- and under Maritime law.  The civil war gave us birth certificates.   You are nothing more the movable dirt.

Then you should have no trouble finding that documented in a statute somewhere. Or at least in a law textbook or in some training aide provided to legals secretaries.

Really????????????????????

fuckin aye sahgent cottar!

You mean we went through all this fucking work for nothing?????????????/

Hot damn I will have to tell everyone to stop harrassing these nice officials because YOU SAID SO!

Now how much you wanna wager on that my friend?

2) In your imagination congressmen have moved funds offshore, considering there is laws and regulations requiring the members of congress to report all income, moneys and savings in order to make it harder for bribes to be hidden, you are once again spouting bullshit.

Sorry to pop your bubble, if you apparently have the memory of a mouse.  I told you geithner was my fiduciary, not that you have a fucking clu why I would do that.

You dont get any of it do you?  First the use of the term "sovereign and citizen as dual noun is as brite as saying blinding darkness.  You are in like way over your head here and last time I checked the provost marshal has that authority.  Try keeping the facts straight and you will at least make sense.

Either way, the sovereign citizens will lose.

Funny thing, is most of you people are good at token gestures like writing letters, but when it comes to putting your blood on the line you dont have the fucking guts to die for a cause.

dude that is my point. It's the base of your beliefs and you cannot provide even one fact in support of it. This should be a slam dunk. I'll even sweeten the pot. Present a valid US law that makes the distinction you claim and I'll never respond to your claims again.

LOL

yep thats how you aregistered with the ag department.  Gotta love the way they stripped us of anything human.

you are a "vessel" in the transporation department.

I mean this shit when you study it is beyond fucking unbelievable and people wonder why they are such well trapped slaves?

I can assure them that the government would never try to hide things like that.

Especially not in the ag or transportation departement.

Then to listen to all the retards squawk about tin foil and wonder why I laugh my ass off at them.  They simply dont know shit about the country they live in.

ignorance is bliss

glad to see you are hitting the books.

here from blacks 8th

ENS LEGIS
ens legis (enz lee-jis). [Law Latin] A creature of the law; an artificial being as opposed to a
natural person. • The term describes an entity, such as a corporation, that derives its existence
entirely from the law.

well they have both.

I dont know which dictionary to find the other one off hand and I really dont feel like chasing after it but the one on top was I know I know fucking wiki LOL  but in this case its close enough LMAO

A pseudonym is a fictitious name used by a person, or sometimes, a group.
Pseudonyms are often used to hide an individual's real identity, as with writers' pen names, graffiti artists, resistance fighters' or terrorists' noms de guerre and computer hackers' handles. Actors, musicians, and other performers sometimes use stage names, for example, to mask their ethnic backgrounds. Stage names are also used as something that better matches their stage persona, as in the case of hip hop artists such as Ol' Dirty Bastard (who was known under at least six aliases); black metal performers such as Nocturno Culto; and hardcore punk singers such as "Rat" of Discharge. Another example of a pseudonym is Lemony Snicket, used by an author who wanted to hide his identity; or S. E. Hinton, an author who chose a name that was neither male nor female. In some cases, pseudonyms are adopted because they are part of a cultural or organizational tradition.

Hi, my name is Peter Lorre, Jr.  It is a psuedonym so fuck off. The reason I chose it is so that I would not be confused with the actor whos Psyuedonym is Peter Lorre.

This was a real case, give you one guess how the judge decided.

Whatever Real has going on here is a quibble about nothing.
