My Mother is 100% Irish.Her last name Kelly,her mother's maiden name Gallagher....so imagine her shock when after having had her first two children(myself included) my father(that man was such a bastard....takes her to a hospice and introduces my Irish(this is 1960 America folks) mother to his West Indies grandmother.As my mother tells the story she was the sweetest,blackest ,littlest woman you would ever see. All the racism I saw growing up in my house was from my black hating,anti-semitic father whose own mother was Jewish.The man was major league fucked up.....lol
