So the clothing You(as a collective) wear....
what drives you to dress in it?

Does it inspire your partner?
A little omph...
and a tad of "Oh, she means business!!" running through a mind or two.

I wear it all.. and yes, sometimes, it helps me to mean business.. or it inspires her... but in the end, I'm just as effective in what I have on this morning... her very large white tshirt and camo fleecy pants -- while the clothing is great, its not essential.

I enjoy dressing up, I like leather, latex and such, although my true love is PVC --

As I plan this coming weekend (CLAW in Cleveland) part of my packing will be about exactly what I'd like to wear -- and last night she said "oh, your leather corset, will you bring it?" and I thought... hmmmm.. guess I will.

I'm rambling.. I need more coffee.

Although I love it when my Lady is all dolled up in riding gear (boots and crop are dead sexy!) I honestly find her just as dominant and sexy wearing old jeans riding on the tractor, or work clothes as she's about to dash out the door. But then, I'm female, and women are not hardwired eyes-to-groin as much as men tend to be.

What if your domme doesn't want to be your objectified sex object? What if what she demands from you is some nice housework, or mowing the lawn? EIther you are submitting and serving, or you aren't. In this case, your biggest, best sex organ is the one inside your head, not the one between your legs. Use some imagination!

I dress as the mood and situation inspires me. I don't have a s-type in my life now so cannot say if how I dress is inspiring or not. Unfortunately, both my work and off time requires pretty casual (able to get dirty) dress. I seem to have zero social life right now so 'getting dressed' is pretty non existent. I certainly don't have a need to dress for any BDSM events.

I love to get dressed up. I always get complimented on my appearance so my taste must inspire something... I guess I don't ever concern myself with projecting a dominant image to inspire anything. I focus on wearing what I like and having it be flattering to me. If it inspires something, great.......if not, that's okay too.

There is nothing I love more than dressing up in leather corset and boots etc...etc... but for me that is reserved for large gatherings .. My domme at home attire is just generally jeans and a tee shirt... or if I am feeling particularling indulgent a soft lounger.... and I dont dress up for the boy... he dresses for me...

Wearing fetishy clothes or corsets or lingerie can make me feel sexier, but I only wear them to appropriate places. During play is a good time for it, some of them I can go dancing in, but I wouldn't wear them to work or the grocery store or to gymnastics practice.

I nearly always dress up - stockings, heels, pvc or whatever. I think the submissive is going through all this effort so I should be the fantasy woman they desire.

Having said that I am a switch and not often dominant. If I were the dominant partner in an every day situation I wouldn't bother

I don't need any special clothes to be dominant or submissive, but they can definitely set the mood. Actually, I have a funny clothes story to share. I went to a private playparty with my Master and my submissive playpartner a week and a half ago, and changed into a cherry-red PVC dress once I got there. I'd owned it for a few years now, and it was in pretty good shape. Unfortunately, as my body temperature rose while we played, it stuck to itself and the plastic part shredded, leaving the lining showing through. As the night wore on, the PVC wore out. I'd never had that happen before, but as soon as it became obvious, it was too late to salvage it, so I figure that next time I'll wear it with fishnets with deliberate holes in them and otherwise play with the look to make it seem deliberate. I teased my playpartner that she made me so hot that my clothes were melting.

Some of the clothing I have seen on the Cmail side looks exaggerated and dramatic.
Not to knock it...
