I'm on the fence over this, some things are really cruel, there are people who get off on that and its sick beyond words. It's a tough one, but at the end of the day I think I'd fall on the side of making the possession of the film illegal - if only on the grounds that if something is illegal to produce in the first place, there should be no legal right to own it.
