I find the topic of Proffesional Domination on this site to be rather funny sometimes. There are those that swear if you have sex with your client you are a prostitute and not a ProDomme. What law is written that says a ProDomme cannot have sex with the client???? Now, most ProDomme sites will state they do not have sex with their clients. This is mainly due to the fact it is against the law to advertise sex for money in any form in most areas (but not all) and they would be arrested if they did advertise. I have been fortunate enough to help 3 ProDommes start their dungeons/businesses. I have also been fortunate enough to travel to Germany, Holland, England, Switzerland, Austria, Brazil, Mexico, and Canada and see a lot of the world and make friends. I can tell you that their are ProDommes who will not have sex with their clients. I can also tell that their are ProDommes who will have sex with their clients. Your rules are net necessarily everyone's rules!. It's the United States I speak of. I am American and have little concern for the laws or practices of other countries. The law here states Sex for money is prostitution. Strip Clubs, and Dungeons are held to different standards because they are considering legal businesses and must obtain licensing to operate opening them up to a different sets of laws. Prostitution is illegal therefore there are not regulations governing them. The only exception I know of where are several small cities Nevada outside of Las Vegas. The law says anyone who has sex for money is engaging in prostitution and these laws have been on the books since before either of us were born. I did not make up these laws and I am against any law that is considered a morality law. It is a waste of time and tax payers money.

Dang, it takes me so long to catch up... Well... I read the OP. When I was studying psychology, I wrote a paper comparing psychotherapy to prostitution. In essence, therapists love their clients, focus completely on the other person, have a time limited love session, and there is a particular place that this happens, emotions are involved on the part of the client, there are rules about touching, and money is exchanged. I'm thinking if I can make that leap, ProDomme comparison to Prostitution is wayyyyyyyyyyy easier.

Wow! Maybe you sholud have compared politics to prostitution it would have been and easier paper. There are guys out there who want a real relationship. They either develop a personality that allows them to find a women who want to play with them or they earn enough money to allow them the pleasure of a pro. So you see, this site would not do it for them all by it's self. They want to be able to actually feel the domme touch them, hear her voice in their ear. Words on the screen just aren't the same.
