You should probably just ask if you want to know exactly what he did.  I'd say that the four most likely possibilities have probably already come up in the thread though.  It could have been a staged event.  It could have been some amount of out of sight teasing & denial with the eventual release there on the stage. It could have been hypnosis setting a trigger for buildup right to the edge with a secondary one to push past the edge is a simple matter.  It could have been some combination of the three as well.

There  had been a lot of training to get the girls to that stage.
There had been a certain buildup to that night.
Each of the girls had her trigger.
And there is a faint posability that rather than disapoint at this  demenstration  they might have faked it.....But I dont think they did. Their actions where consitant with their behavior in the past.
