T, it was put in the tanks in Jan 09, not jan 10. It was all used up over a year ago. and there is no more coming. The progam is shut off. He ISN"T giving poor Americans free oil. The statement that Chavez Is giving free oil...is not true. That you won't admit it after being correct converts it from a mistake to a lie.

You are right it is May. who would need to heat thier home in May? Its summer.... http://www.weather.com/maps/news/forecastsummary/usweathertonight_large.html maybe the folks in Denver, where it is forcasted to get down to 42^ tonight. Or Boise 34^ TONIGHT. 48^ in Lubbock Texas 45^ in Reno and Salt Lake 37^ with mixed snow in Billings. 44^ in Minneapolis. Why would any of these folks need to heat thier home in May?

T that was the end of the program in 09. They extended it for the rest of that (08-09) winter. The program is not still running. It is up to you to defend your statement that you can proove he IS giving free oil..... He isn't. he did. but stopped.

The article states pretty clearly that the oil that was stopped on the sixth of January was resumed on 9 January. Have you or anyone else shown that there has been a stoppage since?
