The program was cancelled, then reinstated (to run through that winter) in Jan of 09. It is not currently operating, and there are no plans to start it up again, as it was just a propaganda move to attack Bush.

With bush having all of his oil connection it would seem that he could have sprung some free oil to upstage Chavez but perhaps you can tell us why he would rather have a "communist dictator" helping the poor in our country instead?


If you were to check your calender you would notice that it is May and the heating oil that was put in the tanks during the winter was used. Why do you think people need to heat their homes in the summer?

The article states pretty clearly that the oil that was stopped on the sixth of January was resumed on 9 January.
Have you or anyone else shown that there has been a stoppage since?
Is this the part where an ethical person would say ....whoa dude I was wrong?
