A Woman on £577,000 till her sacking in February 09, having been with the company from 04 starting on 50,000 got her just deserts for Her greed in taking a £4 million pound case against Her employer. Nothing . nada. zilch, no compensation , unfair dismissal claim thrown out, harrassment claim thrown out. A welcome dose of reality for this Woman finally. At a time when so may are unemployed. We know the reason why. Because bimbos like Her have been over paid for far too long

© Sky News 2010, 15:18, Monday 3 May 2010 A City executive who alleged her former boss brought prostitutes to business meetings has lost her £4m sex discrimination case.
Jordan Wimmer, 29, was found not to be a "persuasive witness" from her testimony to the central London employment tribunal.She had her claims for sex discrimination, disability discrimination, unfair constructive dismissal and an unauthorised deduction from her wages dismissed.Ms Wimmer, a former employee of hedge fund Nomos Capital, accused her ex-boss Mark Lowe of bringing escorts to business meetings and discussing his sexual fantasies with her.She told the tribunal she had felt uncomfortable when Mr Lowe brought an "unsavoury person" to a business event at the Hong Kong Yacht Club."Whatever's going on in his personal life is fine but to bring her into the business arena and associate her with me is degrading because that is something that would rub off on me," she said."It's so degrading for me to have to stand in a pinstripe suit next to somebody in Dior hot pants that don't cover her buttocks when she is standing there in stilettos with her breasts pushed out."However, Mr Lowe's barrister said the woman, named only as Ling, was in fact a Malaysian banker and Mr Lowe's girlfriend.The Nomos Capital founder was also alleged to have made blonde jokes that were directed at Ms Wimmer.Mr Lowe admitted he had referred to Ms Wimmer as "decorative" and a "dumb blonde", but added: "It was said entirely as a joke, it was never intended as an insult."In its ruling, the tribunal said Ms Wimmer "would have us believe that she had to push down the feelings of disgust and self-loathing" stemming from Mr Lowe's alleged sexual harassment.It noted that she claimed it was only during a period of depression that she realised how much his "disgusting and demeaning" comments had hurt her.The tribunal's judgement concluded: "Her dramatic account is simply not corroborated by the overwhelming totality of the contemporaneous documents... and the attempts made by the claimant (Ms Wimmer) during the course of the hearing to corroborate her claims of sexual harassment... put bluntly, backfired."Ms Wimmer joined Nomos Capital in 2004 and saw her salary rise from £50,000 to £577,000 by the time she was sacked in February 2009. Less than five years later She is on 577,000, tell me thats not crazy, how many employees are on that salary after less than five years service. None. No wonder the economy is in the shit when we have human resource directors who do this. She was WAY over paid

Status: offline 		The reasons Kevin feels this way have been written oft and wide on these boards; he has zero self esteem and is wholly disinterested in resolving that issue through tackling his negative inner self commentary - something which if he embarked on the cure would take him out of what has become a comfy little rut and might find him in a job and in a relationship - both scary concepts for him in the place he finds himself now.

I know sex descrim goes on- and various outcomes come out of any complaints.

Many official complains tho do not get approved.

Status: offline 		"The dole" means social welfare benefits as paid to the unemployed, more particularly the cash component thereof rather than other elements such as housing benefit et al.

Kevin thinks it's cool that this random woman's sexual harassment complaints were thrown out of court and that she didn't get her just day in court because Kevin is mad that she made more money than him. Kevin is mad that he can't get laid or his way when it comes to women so when there's a public incidence where a woman gets fucked over, no matter the actual justice of the situation, Kevin throws a party because those dastardly women are finally getting a taste of being as screwed over as he feels. He actually has no commentary on the case itself...just on his view of how women have oppressed men for centuries with the Power of the Pussy, what with denying men the right to vote or own property and helping keep the status quo structure that has men earning 75 cents to the dollar (USD) compared to women and now that one sexual harassment case is being thrown out of court Kevin can't wait to administer the "come up'ins" that women so "justly" deserve just because they have the All Powerful Pussy.

Cuz that's Kevin's reality.
