I knew he would be here and showed up yesterday. I had to piss so I asked him to wait a minute, which he did. I emerged from my house and proceeded. I bade hin to sit in one of the lawn chairs on the porch, which he did.

I told nim accuratlty who was living her but I had questions. My sinistern uses the upstairs as a playroom and is pretty much only here on the weekends. It came down to, what, are you going to count her here and there and there at other house ? Maybe it is better to just say the upstairs is unoccupied.

Even in the beginning I expressed my dismay at the invasion of my privacy. I told the census taker that I would answer questions persuant to the Constitution. Enumeration is required for representation.

Then he asks if there is a mortgage on the place.

I consider it,  realizing that they could find out oniline more quickly online, than to come and ask me. I told them truthfully no, but after I said that I would only give the info because of the current thing going on with  the banks.

I proceeded to tell him of the other part of the bankers' plans. That the bailout money enabled them to hold onto these properties longer, which lessens the possibilty of some people being viable, and checking sales to see if their old house is sold at a profit. If you get foreclosed on, will you watch for your old property getting sold ? Probably not. That is what they are counting on and will happen to many people.

Thus public money has resulted in private gain. As good as I am, now look I just got busted for a super DUI in Ohio, read up on it. I schoozed my way out of it because I really am that fucking good. My friends can't even believe that I am home, but here I sit. But I will telll you right now, I could never come up with a scam better than this.

The more I learn about all this, the more I hate it, in a way. But the more I understand. That doesn't do much to make me happy either.

I know the system from every end of it, and I'll tell you now that there is no way to fight it. I have given alot of thoght to this and I am not stupid, to say the least.

Now Real and Humky, SHUT THE FUCK UP. I don't need your fuckin help. I was into this probably when you were trying to get a kiss from the class queen or whatever. I DO NOT want your input. I DO NOT want cites, quotes or scanned law libreries.; I am here to undo the fucking damage that BOTH OPF YOU did to the movement.

I want Ken here and a few others, but I am going to just blurt it out right now, if you tinhats interfere I can and will stop you. You can be gone just as fuckin fast as I can. Try me.

Now that we got that straightened out, I gave the info the the Constitution required and the volunteered the info that the place is paid off. I only told them that because of the financial situation in this country. And I stated so, because otherwise it wouold be none of their usiness.

Anyone who wants to fuck with me should answer the following question. When was the last time you got stopped with a suspended license, hauled in for DUI, fulunked the breathalyzer by 2x making it a super DUI in Ohio, and got out without posting bond at all and had your car back two days later ? and this is without a fucking dime in my pocket, and nobody bailing me out, just a ride home. And I stopped for beer on the way.

When I say when you play with these people you are not playing wit kids, but I am here to tellya, neither are they. I was in good spirits after court, because I saw it operates pretty much like it did fifteen years ago when I used to play the game.

You don't realize, and I don't mean to brag, but ny job requires a very high IQ, I would estimate about 200. But that doesn't mean I know everything. The thing is that the building code people, the IRS and most of them do not have anywhere near the intelligence to challenge me. Honestly, they don't have a fucking chance, unless it is some sort of tilt in the rules of the game. And it frequently is and I know how to deal with that as well.

You have no idea how stromg I can be in the mind. Say if I were elected Persident, on the campaign I would say "If you elect me I know what is going to happen, everybody is going to tell me that I cannot provide a utopia for you, but the only thing I can promise is that I will be on the side of the people. A President is not a dictator, but I will do whatever I can for you, my people".

See how easy that was ?

Honesty in truth and intent, tell me one guy other than Ron Paul that you think mght qualify. Trafficant is gone, they did him in. Paul's situaon is dfferent and they just simply can't get him. Like he never even smoked a joint.

But that is a different game. I have to deal with this game, and it ain't no fun to say the least.

This is all almost kid's play to me. I have been trough this mill dozens of tims. Ho hum. The system works the way it always has and that they don't know that I know it is to my advantage. I know what the fuck I am dong.

Yeah, blow a 191 and get back on the road in two days, after only paying ther tow charge of $126.

You tell me who is on top of things,

This essay really needs a coherent thesis statement. I'm not sure if you're mad about having to take a census or having a DUI?

I sent my form in.   The low level workers of any entity have very little say so in matters.

I prefer a from to a real person for things like this.  That way- I can be clear- the data is not lost when transcribing it.

Your post needs some clarification.

Not sure either, but I bet the census guy had some stories to share when he got home.

You bring it up frequently, you do mean to brag, and you're absolutely fooling yourself, and only yourself. I would estimate about 130 at best--the rambling nature of your posts, the lack of analysis, reliance on unfocused emotional rants, the self-deception, the demonstrated inability to learn new concepts--none of this is encouraging.

You need help, starting especially with your alcoholism.

As for the rest--you just set the census taker straight, who doesn't care beyond recording your objective responses, not the ramblings, and who has neither power nor interest in addressing them. Mission not accomplished.

I'm with Elisabella here.  I don't even know what you're ranting about.  The census is just 10 or 11 questions and asked nothing about DUI's, nor do they care about your IQ.  So, quite frankly, provided the census worker filled out the questions the way you answered them (which doesn't mean you answered them correctly, but still)...it may very well be him (the census worker) thats on top of things.

The World is run by the MAN. You can not win  [from children movie].  He even comes to your home (if you still have one). You may try to beat the rigged system  but you can not win.  Unless .... if you have exceptionally high IQ ....

Why didn't you just send back the form you got in the mail ? Why make a federal (no pun intended) case out of something so simple ?

I disagree.  I do not think he realizes it, but a technical job, like his, only needs an IQ of about 97.

Plus, IQ, is a movable number.  It would depend on which test he took and when.  Each iteration of the WISC test has been more difficult.

You know that you seem to be bragging about this curls my stomach. This one paragraph shows so much about you and none of it remotely a concept to be proud of. Who cares what your IQ is -- you obviously aren't smart enough to utilize it to recognize that you shouldn't be driving at all when you are impaired. Your IQ is wasted on a Man like you which is sad. Your victory here wasn't in walking out of the Police Station, your failure was not recognizing your own limits.

Your priorities seem a little screwed up if this is your shining moment. To me, it simply makes you a sad man and you sure the hell aren't on top.

You do realize, don't you, that alcohol impairs communication and disrupts other brain functions?

Good news is that the brain can repair itself... if you stop drinking.

I thought that was the point of drinking.

Term,

Your post were always off the wall but once upon a time they were at least coherent.  It is sad to see how they have they've crumbled.

I had an Uncle who was a highly functional alcoholic for years before he turned to mush.  Maybe it's time rather than trying to find a substitute for the beer to actually seek help.

Sorry, I haven't read the replies. I will because I value your input. I just reread the OP and thought OMFG. (or my equivalent)

I was really full of "attitude". About the census taker, that is pretty much on. I was polite and so was he. However I seem to hijack myself actually. Imagine that, a hijack in the OP.

I wll get back to this thread and read it all, but first there are a couple of other things to do. Please refer to my upcoming post in the "Beer substitute" thread for details. I will be back here later.

Thank you for your tolerance.

A few of you have wanted to jump Term for while now.

It is a cheap shot to act like you want to help when you are pretty much insulting him.

You know what they say about people who throw stones.
