of course we can. When i was a pro sub i chose with whom i was happy to engage with and with whom not. I was my own boss in that respect and therefore i chose who got into my pants and who didnt.

PEOPLE GET PAID TO BE SUBMISSIVE?! What the.... Private actors CAN discriminate, so yes. Goverment or any private actors that receive goverment funds to further their business cannot, or it is "state action." I'm going to hazard a WILD guess that no pro doms are receiving government funds for their business......

There is no political correctness in BDSM Ducks Pro subbies do exist, I know of a few in Aus and I take my hat off to them. But would you honestly want to submit to someone who judges you based on your race or creed?

Yes they can refuse anyone. The only way it might be mandated that they take on all clients is if the government was subsidising their funds.
